Description:

The mold is clamped by pressing plate, which is convenient for adjustment and installation.

The molding station is equipped with positive and negative pressure devices.

The electric furnace is divided into two sections: preheating and heating; the forming heating plate is automatically closed and opened, and the start-up can be delayed after the heating plate is put down to limit the waste of materials within one stroke. Due to the use of body-fitting heating, the heating power and temperature are reduced, energy is saved and the stability of the plastic sheet is enhanced.
Due to the different needs of the market, on the basis of double-layer paper cover, we have developed a single-layer paper cover.
Compared with double-layer paper cover, it has fast speed and low cost. It is widely used in cold drinks, hot drinks, coffee, ice cream and so on.
