1. The electric furnace is divided into two sections: preheating and heating; the forming heating plate is automatically closed and opened, and the start-up can be delayed after the heating plate is put down to limit the waste of materials within one stroke. Due to the use of body-fitting heating, the heating power and temperature are reduced, energy is saved and the stability of the plastic sheet is enhanced.

2. The mechanical transmission adopts the reducer to connect with the main shaft, and the main shaft is on the same axis line to reduce the transmission error.

3. Using the manipulator to clamp the feeding mechanism, the operation is stable, the synchronization is accurate, and the stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily from 150-230mm.
