ZDJ-800 Paper Plate Forming Machine
The inside of the machine adopts a deceleration motor. The machine runs fast, has a long life and is stable. However, the traditional deceleration box and motor separation structure has the disadvantages of slow running speed and frequent replacement of the running belt in the future. The machine runs stably and is not prone to paper jams with the double-pushing structure, and the production efficiency is high. The traditional direct push structure is easy to jam and the speed is slow.
It is widely applied to make paper plate (or aluminum foil laminated paper plate) in round (rectangle, square, circular, or irregular) shape. Machine speed changes against the material (paper) thickness and the plate size.
