Application

1. Food grade materials
PE is no poison, no odor, stable in chemistry, it will bring no pollution at all to the plants, aquatic being,dissolvant it holds, completely FOOD GRADE MATERIALS;
2. Seepage control
Seepage control is the core fuction of geomembrane, for fish ponds, waste landfill and mines and so on;
3.MOQO
For MOQ of our geomembranes, if the destination port is in China, any quantity is acceptable, such as the warehouse you have in China;
If the destination port is abroad, the MOQ of our geomembrane is at least 3 rolls.
Take the shipping cost into consideration, you are strongly advised to buy in containers.
4.Virgin or recycled materials
As known to all, there are virgin and recycled materials for geomembrane, You could make your choice by your design
If you are not sure about the design, usually in conditions below, you had better use virgin materials:
A. Directly used under the sun, better use the virgin geomembrane;
B. Thickness below 0.5mm(not included), better use virgin geomembrane;
C. Where the recycled could be used, the virgin could always be used;
D. Places or programs that are difficult to maintain, better use virgin materials.

Size choice
Thickness: Choose the thickness you need by your design paper; If no design paper, for fish ponds, virgin 0.5mm geomembrane is advised; for landfill, over 1.5mm thick is advised; for biogas pool, 1.0mm virgin on top is advised, the other being 0.75mm thick;
Width: 5.8m wide for 20' container, 8m wide for 40' container, 8m wide at most; Since there is 20cm welding connect, we'd better make it as wide as possilble;

6. Lifespan
Top quality PE could be used over 10 years, when used in bad environment, like too hot, too cold or heavy acid places, the lifespan will be shorter than 50 years;
7.Caculate of quantity
If you know well about caculating the quantity, please ingore this part.
If not, when you caculate the quantity, please do not forget the welding connection 20cm and edge loss 50cm.
8. Welding machines involved could be supplied, too. If you do not know much about how to weld and install the geomembrane, we will supply free installment and welding instructions and videos, so you only need to arrange other issues.
