100% Virgin 1.5 mm 1mm Construction Material Reservoir Engineering Geosynthetic Plastic Fish Pond Lining Liner Sheet Waterproof HDPE Geomembrane Pond liner
HDPE Geomembrane Pond liner is a impermeable polymer liner and the largest type of geosynthetics.
HDPE Smooth Geomembrane pond liner contains approximately 97.5% polyethylene, 2.2% carbon black and trace amounts of antioxidants and heat stabilisers. It has outstanding chemical resistance, mechanical properties, environmental stress crack resistance, dimensional stability and thermal aging characteristics.
HDPE textured geomembrane pond liner is treated with spray roughening process on the surface of smooth geomembrane, which can greatly increase the engineering adaptability of geomembrane pond liner . Its mechanical properties are consistent with the HDPE smooth geomembrane pond liner and meanwhile it is of an outstanding direct shear friction coefficient.
Geomembrane pond liner Feature
1) Good physical and mechanic performance
2) High tearing resistance, strong deformation adaptability
3) Puncture-resisting, aging resisting, ultra-violet radiation, oil and salt, and corrosion resistance
4) Good adaptability to high and low temperature, non-toxicity, long service life
5) Good waterproof, drainage, anti-seepage and damp proof effects
6) Complete width and thickness specifications, low cost and easy installation

Geomembrane Pond liner Application
1. Environmental Protection and sanitation: such as landfill, sewage treatment plant, power plant regulation pool, industrial and hospital solid waste, etc;
2. Water conservancy projects: such as seepage prevention, plugging, reinforcement, Canal seepage prevention, vertical core wall, slope protection, etc. of Rivers and Lakes reservoir dams;
3. Municipal Engineering: Subway, building underground engineering, planted roof, roof garden, sewage pipe anti-seepage;
4. Petrochemical: chemical plant, refinery, oil storage tank anti-seepage, chemical reaction tank, sedimentation tank lining, secondary lining, etc;
5. Agriculture: Reservoir, drinking water pool, storage pond, waste residue treatment field, and anti-seepage of irrigation system; 6. Aquaculture industry: intensive, factory breeding pond, fish pond, shrimp pond lining, sea water circle slope protection, etc;
7. Salt industry: Salt Field crystallization pool, halogen pool cover, Salt film, salt pool plastic film

2. Tow adjacent longitudinal joints should not be in a horizontal line, should bestaggered more than 1m each other.
3. Longitudinal joints should be more than 1.50m away from the dam foot and bending foot, and should be located on the plane.
4. When the slope is laid, the direction of spreading film should be basically parallel to the slope line.
5. The construction, first of all to use small diameter sand or clay levelingbase, and then laid the geomembrane. The geomembrane should not be stretched too tight, and the part of the soil bured at both ends is corrugated. A transitional layer of about 10cm is laid on the geomembrane with sand or clay.
1.What is geosynthetics ?
Geosynthetics form a perfect erosion control fabric used extremely widely in civil engineering to stabilize and reinforce slopes and soil under or next to roads, railways, dams, water reservoirs etc.. They can be easily applied which minimizes the time of construction, as well as they limit the resources and materials necessary.
What kinds of geosynthetics we have ?
Non-woven geotextile, geogrids, geocells, GCL, Geomembranes, Geonets, Geocomposites etc .
What is the geosynthetics used for ?
Lagooning and Water Treatment, Ornamental Ponds, Golf Courses
Aquaculture and Desalination,Water Lagoons,Tanks, Reservoirs, Liquid Waste,Floating Cover Solutions, Drainage and Filtration
Environment
