Operating Principle
The top paper is fed through the upper feeder and detected by the positioning mechanism. Simultaneously, the bottom paper is coated with adhesive via the glue wheel. Both papers pass through synchronous detectors, where the controller calculates alignment errors and activates servo compensation systems to ensure precise splicing before final pressing and delivery.

Transmission System
Utilizes Gates synchronous belts with SKF bearings for stability. Pressure rollers, dampening roller, and glue values are easily adjustable via handle with mechanical encoder.
