Features imported servo motor control system with Japan NITTA suction belt and large air blower for smooth feeding of 2-ply, 3-ply, 4-ply, 5-ply materials and cardboard.
Both paper lifting and feeding nozzle of high-speed automatic dedicated feeder can be freely adjusted to accommodate both thin and thick paper. Combined with Becker pump for fast and smooth top feeding paper operation.
Designed with USA Parker motion controller integrated with Yaskawa servo system and inverter, plus Siemens PLC for maximum speed, accuracy, and operational stability.
Photocell technology combined with Parker Dynamic module and Yaskawa servo system ensures precise orientation of top and bottom paper. Stainless steel glue roller with fine anilox grinding guarantees uniform glue coating even at minimum glue quantities.
Gates synchronous belt transmission with SKF bearings as main drive ensures operational stability. Pressure rollers, dampening roller, and glue value can be easily adjusted via handle with mechanical encoder.
The top paper is fed through the upper paper feeder to the start detector of the positioning mechanism. The bottom paper is then fed and coated with glue on the glue wheel. Both papers are conveyed to synchronous detectors on both sides, where the controller calculates the error value. Servo compensation devices on both sides adjust the paper to predetermined positions for splicing, followed by pressurized conveying. The machine presses the paper and conveys it to the delivery system for finished product collection.
