This advanced laminating machine bonds paper with paperboard to enhance material strength and thickness, creating finished products suitable for packaging boxes, billboards, and various industrial applications.
Machine Operation & Structure
Key Components
- Upper Paper Feeder: Handles 120-800gsm paper stacks from above
- Bottom Feed System: Processes 0.5-10mm paperboard from below

Operating Principle
Top paper feeds through the upper feeder to the positioning detector, while bottom paper receives adhesive coating. Both materials pass through synchronous detectors where the controller calculates alignment errors. Servo compensation devices on both sides adjust paper positioning for precise splicing before final compression and delivery.
