System Components
Bottom Sheet Feeding System
Utilizes imported servo motor control system with Japan NITTA suction belt and large air blower for smooth feeding of 2-ply, 3-ply, 4-ply, 5-ply corrugated board and cardboard.
Top Sheet Feeding Mechanism
Features adjustable paper lifting and feeding nozzles adaptable to both thin and thick paper, combined with Becker pump for fast and smooth operation.
Electrical Control System
Incorporates USA Parker motion controller with Yaskawa servo system, inverter, and Siemens PLC for maximum speed, accuracy, and operational stability.
Operational Process
The top sheet is fed from the upper feeder to the positioning detector, while the bottom sheet is coated with glue and conveyed to synchronous detectors. The controller calculates alignment errors and servo compensation devices adjust both sheets to predetermined positions for precise splicing, followed by pressurized conveying to the delivery section.
