Operating Principle
This advanced laminating system processes top paper through the upper feeder to the positioning detector, while bottom paper receives adhesive coating before both materials synchronize through precision sensors. The controller calculates alignment variance and activates servo compensation for accurate ±1mm registration, followed by pressurized conveyance to the delivery system.
