Utilizes imported servo motor control system with Japan NITTA suction belt and large air blower for smooth feeding of 2-ply, 3-ply, 4-ply, 5-ply corrugated board and cardboard.
Features adjustable paper lifting and feeding nozzles adaptable to both thin and thick paper, combined with Becker pump for fast, smooth operation.
Main Siemens electrical system ensures machine stability, high efficiency, and low failure rates. Human-machine interface with PLC combination displays all operational information.
Multiple photoelectric sensors detect bottom sheet position, controlling servo motors on both sides for independent compensation to achieve ±1mm positioning accuracy.
The top sheet feeds through the upper feeder to the positioning detector. The bottom sheet is then fed and coated with glue. Both sheets proceed to synchronous detectors where the controller calculates position errors. Servo compensation devices adjust both papers to predetermined positions for splicing, followed by pressurized conveying to the delivery section.
