Working Process Flow
Step 1: Loading
Place the paper pile into the machine platform using a hydraulic trolley.
Step 2: Turning & Rotation
The machine performs upward turning, rotating, and tilting operations.
Step 3: Processing & Alignment
Activate air jetting and vibration systems to remove dust, separate sheets, align paper, and complete pile turning.
Step 4: Unloading
The pile turner returns to its original position, turns down, and the processed pile is removed via hydraulic trolley.
