Utilizes Gates synchronous belt with SKF bearing for main transmission stability. Pressure rollers, dampening roller, and glue value easily adjustable via handle with mechanical encoder.
Photocell sensors with Parker Dynamic module and Yaskawa Servo system ensure precise top and bottom paper orientation. Stainless steel glue roller with fine anilox grinding guarantees even glue coating at minimum quantities.
Stainless steel construction prevents rust, with narrow grinding ensuring minimum glue quantity application with even coating. Down roller cleaned by water roller.
