The ZGFM1900 Automatic High Speed Flute Mounting Laminating Machine delivers precision paper mounting with CE certification. This industrial-grade equipment combines advanced automation with robust construction for reliable performance in demanding production environments.
Operating Principle
The top sheet feeds through the upper feeder to the positioning detector, while the bottom sheet receives glue coating. Synchronous detectors on both sides monitor paper alignment, with servo compensation systems adjusting positioning to ±1mm accuracy before pressurized conveying delivers finished laminated products.
