This intelligent sheet-to-sheet laminating machine bonds paper with paperboard to enhance material strength and thickness for packaging boxes, billboards, and various applications. With speeds up to 180 meters per minute and production rates reaching 17,000 sheets per hour, it delivers exceptional efficiency for industrial packaging operations.
The laminating process begins with top paper feeding from the upper feeder, detected by positioning sensors. Bottom paper is simultaneously fed and coated with adhesive, then both materials are conveyed through synchronized detectors. The controller calculates alignment errors and servo compensation devices adjust positioning before final pressing and delivery.
