Product Overview
The GFS1500A Automatic Flute Laminator Machine is designed for high-precision lamination of paper with paperboard, enhancing material strength and thickness for packaging boxes, billboards, and various applications.
Operating Principle
Top paper feeds through the upper paper feeder to the positioning detector, while bottom paper receives glue coating. Both papers pass through synchronous detectors where the controller calculates alignment errors. Servo compensation devices adjust positioning before pressure application and final product delivery.
