40 Inch PFA Pleated Filter Cartridge With 0.45um PTFE Membrane
PFA Pleated Filter Cartridge is made of polytetrafluoroethylene stretch membrane and PFA framework, which is characterized by high throughput, high flow rate, long life, excellent chemical compatibility and oxidation resistance. This filter cartridge is widely used in the filtration of various acids, alkalis, organic solvents and other chemicals in chemical filtration, and can meet the filtration requirements in most harsh environments.

Characteristics and Features:

Excellent high-temp resistance and extensive chemical compatibility.

Perfluoropolymer structure is suitable for filtration of various polar strong acids and bases.

Double membrane structure, absolute bacterial retention rate.

The samples of filter cartridges successfully passed the bacterial retention testing required by regulations, LRV>7. Integrity can be maintained after repeated high-pressure disinfection.

All the compositions meet the requirements of the biological testing characteristics of USP Class 6 plastic products at 121°C and the food contact materials listed in the relevant regulations of Chapter 21 of the Federal Regulations of the United States (CFR).
