Flame Retardant HIPS Plastic Material Pellets High Gloss Extrusion
Flame retardant High Gloss Extrusion Injection moulding HIPS Resin Suppliers
HIPS contains 5 to 15% Butadiene (elastomer) which provides a low cost, highly rigid and good low temperature impact strength material. HIPS will show splay when overheated or subjected to high shear.
HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) resin is a thermoplastic material that is commonly used in the manufacturing of various consumer goods and packaging materials. It is a lightweight and rigid material that is known for its excellent impact resistance and dimensional stability. HIPS resin is easy to process and can be easily molded into different shapes and sizes, making it a popular choice for injection molding and extrusion applications. In addition, HIPS resin can be easily colored or printed, making it a versatile material for a wide range of applications. HIPS resin is often used to produce items such as food packaging containers, toys, household items, and electronics packaging, among other things.
