1000-3000mm JISCO 430 Hot Rolled Stainless Steel Coil Rolling Process
Hot rolled 430 stainless steel coil is a product that is made by heating the raw material above its recrystallization temperature and then rolling it to the desired thickness and width. The process results in a rough and non-uniform surface finish, with a thickness range of 2mm to 10mm, and width that can be customized to meet customer requirements.
The surface finish of hot rolled 430 stainless steel coil is rough and non-uniform, with a dull gray appearance. Therefore, it may require further processing or finishing to achieve a desired surface appearance.
Hot rolled 430 stainless steel coil is widely used in various applications, including automotive components, industrial equipment, kitchen appliances, and construction materials. It is also used in the production of parts for chemical and food processing industries due to its resistance to corrosion and high-temperature environments.

Applications
Type 430 steel is a simple, inexpensive, and widely used stainless steel. While not a front runner in any one category, its combination of heat resistance, ductility, corrosion resistance, and low cost makes it a great general-purpose steel. Also, by modifying its composition slightly, 430F stainless steel can be easily machined, making a great machining alloy. Our Factory
JUDE’s warehouse Jinyunfeng keeps 90,000 tons of JISCO stainless steel coils in stock all year round. We provide cold rolled stainless steel coils with thicknesses of 0.3mm-6.0mm and hot rolled stainless steel coils with thicknesses of 3.0mm-16.0mm, and the weight of each coil ranges from 3 tons to 28 tons. If the stainless steel coils we have in stock meet your procurement requirements, we can deliver the goods from Wuxi (150km to Shanghai Port) as soon as the same day. But if our stock can not meet your requirements, we will deliver the goods from JISCO, and the time required to reach the port will not exceed three days.
