Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is the third generation of new superplasticizer for concrete. Compared with naphthalene superplasticizer, polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer has the advantages of high water reduction rate, high strength, low shrinkage, low secretion and low slump loss. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has relatively good adaptability with different cement. Compared with naphthalene superplasticizer, the strength of polycarboxylate superplasticizer concrete increases faster in early and late periods, especially the strength of high-strength concrete increases more obviously in late periods.
Product characteristics:
(1) Good water reduction rate: the product has good water reduction performance under low content, especially in high grade concrete (above C50), the highest water reduction rate can reach 40%;
(2) Excellent plastic retention ability: Because the steric hindrance of the side chain of the extended polymer effectively prevents the secondary agglomeration between the cement particles, the product has high dispersion performance and can maintain the performance for a long time, realizing the excellent plastic retention ability of the concrete mix.
(3) Good early strength and strengthening effect: under the same conditions, the concrete mixed with this product, early strength and strengthening effect is higher than other types of high efficiency water reducing agent.
(4) Greatly improve the durability of concrete: the product has low alkali content. At the same time, because the water-reducing agent is air-induced water-reducing agent, it can significantly reduce the alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete and improve the freeze-thawing resistance of concrete.
(5) Dimensional stability: the concrete mixed with this product effectively improves its shrinkage and creep performance, has good dimensional stability, and reduces the risk of cracks.
Application scope:
It is suitable for cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete, ready-mixed concrete or pumped concrete in industrial and civil buildings, roads, Bridges, port terminals, power stations, airports and other projects. It can prepare special concrete such as high strength, high performance, large volume vibration free and self-compacting.

Use recommendations :
When used alone or combined with other varieties of polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent (mother liquor), the mixture amount of folding-solid should be 0.05%~0.25% of the cementing material, and then added into the mixer with water after proportional dilution. If necessary, appropriate amount of entraining, defoamer, retarding and other components can be added to adjust the relevant properties.
Packaging and storage :
Packing: 200kg/BBL, 1ton/BBL or according to customer's request.
Storage:
This product should be stored in a special warehouse or fixed place, under the condition of 0~35℃, original seal and avoid direct sunlight, shelf life is 6 months.
