Product Introduction

 

Type of piston ring:

 

Compression ring: The compression ring is located in the groove at the top of the piston, used to seal the combustion chamber and prevent compressed gas from leaking onto the cylinder wall. It can withstand high temperatures and pressures, and has good elasticity and wear resistance.

Explosion ring: The explosion ring is located at the bottom of the piston ring group to enhance the sealing performance and stability of the piston ring. It can prevent high-temperature and high-pressure gas from leaking to the bottom of the piston, and improve combustion efficiency and emission control.

Lubrication and assembly:

 

Apply a small layer of lubricating oil between the piston ring and piston groove to reduce friction and promote sealing effect.

Reinstall the piston onto the connecting rod and connect other engine components in the correct order.
