Product Description
123mm Radiofrequency Coblation Wand Lumbar Lateral Target Ablation Tip
Product Overview
The Radiofrequency Coblation Wand is designed for performing precise ablation procedures in the spine. The procedure involves inserting a puncture needle into the hard spinal membrane more than 2mm and adding 3-5 drops of physiological saline. The operator then inserts a back probe into the needle sheath to observe the target location.
After setting a one-second test power level, the operator activates the device by stepping on the blue pedal. If no adverse reactions occur, the device can be reset to adjust ablation power and time, or continuously activated for 1 second to complete the ablation.
The coblation wand utilizes coblation technology, which employs high-frequency electrical current to ionize saline solution and create a plasma field. This plasma field enables controlled and precise tissue removal or ablation.
This specialized medical procedure requires extensive training and expertise to perform safely and effectively. Patients should consult with their doctors to determine if this procedure is appropriate for their individual needs and only seek treatment from qualified medical professionals with appropriate equipment and expertise.

Usage Precautions
- Check the expiration date and package integrity of the disposable coblation wand before use
- The patient should not come into contact with the metal components of grounded equipment, and the use of antistatic plates is recommended
- The disposable coblation wand cable should be kept away from patients and other leads, and temporarily unused probes should be stored away from patients
- If output is significantly reduced or equipment fails to function normally, it may indicate poor probe contact or improper use
- Flammable cleaning agents and solvents should be evaporated before using the plasma surgical system equipment, and flammable fluids should be wiped off from the patient's body and cavity
- High-frequency current may interfere with cardiac pacemakers, so the current loop should not pass through active implantable devices
- When installing the disposable coblation wand and powering on the equipment, avoid contact between the electrode and metal enclosure, and keep physiological monitoring equipment away from the probe as much as possible
