Q1. About the lead time?
For sample order, it takes 3-5 days by DHL. For bulk products less than 3000 pcs, it will take 10-20 days, depending on shipping way. 1 piece for sample testing is also welcome.

Q2. I don't like your standard colors. Can I choose any color for the housings?
Yes, you can choose different colors you like, but there is extra cost; MOQ is 2000 PCS.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
For sample order, there is no MOQ. But we suggest you to get 3-5 pcs to make yourself impression about the average quality. For bulk order, if you need customized products and package, MOQ is 1000 pcs;

Q4. Can I have a sample before sending you formal order?
Yes, samples can be sent for your checking at any time, but the freight will be on your treat.

Q5. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Western Union, T/T, Paypal. Payment terms: 30% T/T as deposit for bulk order, and 70% balance before shipment, other terms are acceptable and can be talked.
