Polyester Polyol/TDI series Polyurethane Pre-polymer A60- shore D60
Application:It applies to make rods, wheels, sealing ring, sieve plate, and other polyurethane elastomers.
Characteristics:The finished products enjoy excellent abrasion
resistance, good oil resistance, and nice mechanical property. The ware can be made into colorful by adding color pigment into PU
prepolymer.
Porcess points :After vacuum degassing at 80～85℃, blending with
melted MOCA, degassing, and then casting, vulcanization molding. This is apply to manual or casting machine.
Storage:Store in dry and cool place. If you can ’t use it up at one time, please fill nitrogen gas and then seal it. The shelf period of original packing is 6 months.
