Polyether-TDI PU Pre-polymers
Application:It can be used to make rods, caster wheels, rollers,
Sealing rings, sieve plates and other polyurethane elastomers.
Characteristics:The finished products have good abrasion resistance, Water resistance, germ proof, excellent mechanical properties, color regulating by adding pigment.
Process Points:After the performed polymer vacuum degassing in 80～85 ℃, blending with melted MOCA, vacuum degassing, casting, vulcanization moulding. It is apply to manual or casting machine.
Storage:Store in a cool and dry place,If you can ’t use it up at a time, filling nitrogen gas and then sealing it. The storage time of original packing is 6 month.
Packing:20Kg/drum or 200Kg/drum
