Characteristic:
The PU-1032 is a kind of release agent which is combined by silicone resin and Silicon oil
The main components are MQ Silicon resin and silane.
It is mainly used for: polyurethane molding, FRP process molding, polydiamide, phenolic, polyester and epoxy resin.

Operation:
It’s widely used in the shoe sole production,the mold should be completely clean,
degreased, dried and, if possible, heated to above 40 ℃ .
PU-1032 should be diluted in solvent or solvent mixture by the recommended ratio, then it should be applied by brush, cushion or spray gun. The frequency of use is based on the
complexity of the mold and the molding material .
Package:
25kg or 200kg per high quality plastic drums.
Shelf life:
12 months for each product at temperatures between 0° C and 30° C, provided it is stored in a dry place. Once the drums has been opened, the product must be used immediately.
