Description
POP2045 polymer polyol is a unique grafted polyether polyol containing copolymerized styrene and acrylonitrile,its solid content is 44~46%. It is manufactured without the use of BHT. POP2045 polyol is designed for use to increase foam hardness in the manufacture of slabstock foam and VE memory foam. It can be used to produce high-load-bearing foams over a wide density range. With the SD-100 polyol, rise time is controlled to give greater process latitude and the potential for improved foam yield and reduced scrap.POP2045 can be used in formulations utilizing all TDI, TDI /Polymeric MDI blends or all Polymeric MDI compositions.
