Application :

It is suitable for the screening and separation of medium-sized materials with an aperture of 5mm-40mm of particles in mining, coal, building materials and other industries. It is suitable for air separation and dry separation.

Advantages :

The polyurethane costed vibrating screens last over twice as long as traditional woven wire mesh. The performance is different from traditional wire, rubber and poly screens due to a combination of the poly/wire construction and the fully/partially weld features.
Along with a longer lifespan, this kind of screen also makes less noise than its wire counterpart, with less sound emanating from clashing objects on the screen

Raw materials:

1. High-strength steel wire rope, also available in 304 stainless steel.

2. Thermoplastic Polyurethane resin: high strength; food grade polyurethane can also be used, which is safer.
