Working principle

This series of vibrating screens consists of motors, transmission devices, screen boxes, rubber springs, frames, dampers, etc.

When the equipment is in operation, power is transmitted from the motor through a V-belt to the exciter drive shaft and gear vibrator (with a speed ratio of 1), achieving the rotation of the three shafts at the same speed, generating excitation force. The exciter is connected to the high-strength bolt of the screen box, generating elliptical motion. The material moves elliptical at high speed on the sieve surface, quickly layering, sieving, and moving forward to complete the classification of the material.
