Mold development process:

1, product analysis customer to provide technical data equipment parameters (samples, 2D, 3D drawings, etc.)

2, mold design CAD technology for mold structure design

3, mold flow analysis using CAE mold flow analysis to optimize the mold structure

4. Technical discussion. Feed back the final production plan of the mold and related technical parameters to the customer for confirmation.

1. Negotiate: quality, material, price, payment, delivery time and other items

2. Place an order: according to the customer's drawings or samples

3. R&d: According to customer requirements, we can design or improve 3D modeling

4. Design confirmation: We will send 3D drawings to customers for confirmation before making molds

5. Mold processing: CNC EDM machine processing and then assembly and trial

6. Sample confirmation: We will send the trial sample to the customer before shipment. If the customer is not satisfied with the sample. We will modify the mold until they are satisfied.

7. Mass production: If customers need mass production of plastic products, we can provide.
