Quality control and control

1. Traceability of raw materials - Incoming raw materials will be tested (IQC) to ensure the authenticity of materials

2. Before mass production, the first sample will be confirmed to be OK, and then mass production will be carried out to ensure the quality of the product

3. Arrange full inspection and inspection during mass production

4, finished product inspection - do a good job in product quality testing, ensure the quality control of the factory

service

1. Research and Development: We support customer research and development. Make documentation or improve the design if needed.

2. Quotation making: Mold quotation will be completed within 1 day according to the information we obtain.

3. Negotiation: quality, price, materials, delivery time, payment method, etc.

4. Mold design: 3-5 days for 3D/2D drawing design of molds and products.

5. Mold: Make mold first and then mold according to customer requirements. We will first send the mold design to the customer for approval.

6. Mold test: When the mold is completed, we test the mold to check whether it meets the needs of consumers. We will send the sample for consumer's reference.

7.Sampleshoot: If the customer is not satisfied with the first sample. We modify the mold until it meets the customer's satisfaction.

8. Delivery: by sea, air or express according to customer's request.
