Underfilling (or underforming)

Cause: insufficient forming is due to the melting injection resin has not been completely full of mold cavity when the cooling hardening and forming defects, the main reason is that the resin capacity is insufficient, the cavity pressure is insufficient, the resin fluidity, the exhaust effect is not good.

Countermeasures:

When the injection volume of the molding machine is sufficient, the situation of under-forming is still not improved, whether the injection pressure is insufficient or the setting temperature of the molten resin is low should be considered.
