ColdLink’s door leaf is insulated with high-pressured injected CFC free polyurethane, finished with food safe polyester coated hot dip galvanized steel sheet, protected with 300mm high aluminum checker plate,is produced with a core of 40mm injected polyurethane insulation. These doors are durable, easy to use, and free of maintenance.
The door leaf is installed with a break resistant plexiglass window, 500mm anti-knocking bumper at low level for hand free trolley and pushcart opening, insulated with high-pressured injected CFC free polyurethane and finished with food safe polyester coated hot dip galvanized steel sheet.
The door is idea for high traffic flow corridor like production, ante room, kitchen, supermarket, conformed to current EC safety and sanitary regulations.. The standard door leaf is polyurethane insulation with density of 42 kg/m³.
