Machine Details:
1.Intelligent Control
The intelligent controller of Chinese & English interface supervises the operation of the compressor in real time. It can control the discharge rate to distinct energy-saving effect.
2.Cooler
As a result, a machine can operate at high temperature and avoid the phenomenon of carbon deposit caused by the high temperature of the compressor.
3.Electrical Components
Electrical components are made by the world famous brands Schneider and Siemens which use silver contact to make it possible to operate more than three million times and ensure the long-term safety.
4.Main Motor
It adopts triphase high performance motor made by a famous brand with IP54 protection level, F insulation level and "SKF" heavy-duty bearing. The transmission efficiency up to 95%, with good thermostability and long lifetime.
5.Oil and gas separator
It adopts a huge oil and gas separator. After a three times' deep bed filtration, the oil volume is less than 3ppm and the pressure loss is only 0.02Mpa. With the reduction of oil mist exhaustion, the running cost of downstream equipment is increasingly lessen.
6.Intake Valve
None is easily damaged with an ON-OFF regulation and the adjusting range of tidal volume is 0 to 100%. It has small pressure loss and long operating life. At present, it is the most effective and reliable adjusting method of intake.
