The 300LPH fully automatic RO+EDI upw system designed for the medical environment meets the high standards of the central sterile supply department. It has PLC programmable control, LCD touch screen and one-key disinfection function to ensure intelligent operation. All are made of 304 stainless steel, and key components are imported originals to ensure high quality.


The optional configuration of EDI technology can maintain high purity water quality for a long time and reduce consumable replacement costs. Suitable for hospital environments to improve patient safety and ensure water quality meets medical standards.

Pure Water Treatment Equipment Disinfection

  • Effective disinfection: Select the appropriate disinfection mode to ensure that the tools are free of impurities and that there is no residual water after disinfection. For preventive disinfection based on the level of microorganisms, water machines and pipelines can be disinfected every three weeks. The actual frequency is adjusted based on the level of microorganisms. A combination of disinfectants is more effective than a single use.
  • Control pollution: Strictly monitor dialysis water to ensure that the department environment complies with regulations and maintain appropriate temperature and humidity.
  • Concentration testing: Concentration testing is carried out during the disinfection process to ensure full disinfection, and residual amounts are subsequently tested to avoid affecting treatment. Regularly conduct disinfection effect evaluations to keep bacteria and endotoxins within specified limits.
  • Reasonable selection of disinfectant: avoid damage to the dialysis machine. For hot water sterilization systems, pay attention to heater power and temperature range.
  • Standardized operating procedures: Monitor the conductivity, flow rate, etc. of the produced water every day to understand the performance of the membrane. Ensure strict and standardized operating procedures and work processes.
  • Improvement of personnel quality: Emphasize the standardized operation and good hygiene habits of medical staff and abide by operating procedures.
