HOW TO USE
Blend the peroxide curing agent—DBPH50 into rubber base with open mill, the mixed rubber can be used for mold after re-milling
homogeneous. Base on sample size to decide mold condition.
Base on customer request, curing agent and mix pigment can be added before ship.
PACKING, STORAGE & SHIPPING
GX151-Uhas a shelf life of 6 months at least from the date of production if stored at 25℃ or below. Storage time beyond the specified data does not mean that the product is no longer usable. In which case, the properties test for the intended use must be carried out after re-milling for quality assurance reasons. If the curing agent has been add when shipped, best using time is within 15 days.
The inner package of GX155-U is polyethylene plastic bags and outer package is carton, per case of 20Kg net weight.
There is no shipping limitation for GX155-U.
