HOW TO USE

Blend the peroxide curing agent—DBPH50 into rubber base with open mill, the mixed rubber can be used for mold after re-milling homogeneous. Base on sample size to decide mold condition.
Base on customer request, curing agent and mix pigment can be added before ship.

PACKING, STORING & SHIPPING

If stored at or below 25℃, GX151-U has a shelf life of at least 6 months from its production date. Even if stored beyond this recommended time, the product may still be usable. However, in such cases, properties testing must be carried out after re-milling to ensure quality. If the curing agent has already been added during shipping, it is best to use the product within 15 days.

GX155-U comes in polyethylene plastic bags for the inner packaging and a carton for the outer packaging. Each case contains 20Kg of net weight. There are no shipping restrictions for GX155-U.
