PCB Prototyping Process

DFM review
In the DFM review, our engineering team will identify end-of-life (EOL) components (if any), layout enhancements, and opportunities to improve efficiency. The purpose of this process is to immediately resolve any potential manufacturing issues.

Materials, component selection and kit preparation
Our team will focus on collecting materials and components from trusted suppliers and suppliers to guarantee quality.

Plate manufacturing
At this stage, we will review the Gerber documents received from the customer to start the PCB manufacturing process.

Assembly and testing
In our manufacturing department, the prototyping experts assigned to your project work with your board of directors at each step. From there, the process continues with a quick flow, screen printing, welding, and guiding your board through inspections and testing.

Complete prototype product delivery
Through our fast NPI process, your prototype PCB product will come with the required documentation package, test certificate (if applicable), and other components (if available).
