The HMC322 is a broadband non-reflective GaAs MESFET SP8T switch chip operating from DC to 10 GHz. This high-performance switch delivers exceptional isolation and low insertion loss while extending Hittite's SP8T switch product line capabilities. The integrated 3:8 binary decoder minimizes required control lines, and the device operates with a negative control voltage of 0/-5V with a fixed -5V bias.
