The HMC578LC3B is an active broadband frequency multiplier utilizing GaAs PHEMT technology in a RoHS compliant surface-mount package. This x2 multiplier delivers +15 dBm output power from 24 to 33 GHz with only +3 dBm input drive, making it ideal for LO multiplier chains in point-to-point and VSAT radio applications.
