1﹑Box Furnaces
This box furnace is used for sintering and annealing in air up to 1400°C. This box furnace uses silicon carbide rods as heating elements. It adopts a double-layer shell structure and a 30-stage programmable temperature control system from Shimaden Electric. The furnace is made of imported alumina polycrystalline fiber materials. The furnace has balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall, and high energy saving. It is an ideal product for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, and quality inspection in universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises.
