The Tunnel Kiln is a firing kiln that is constructed on-site and operates by transporting products on kiln cars through the furnace. It delivers labor and energy savings and can reduce the amounts of fuel used and amounts of CO₂ emitted.

2. Using the countercurrent principle to work, so the heat utilization rate is high, fuel economy, because the heat retention and waste heat utilization are very good, so the fuel is very economical, which can save fuel by about 50-60% compared with the downdraft kiln.

3. The firing time is shortened. Compared with ordinary large kilns, it takes 3-5 days from loading to emptying, while tunnel kilns can be completed in about 20 hours.

4. Save labor. Not only is it easy to operate during firing, but the kiln loading and unloading operations are carried out outside the kiln, which is also very convenient, improves the working conditions of the operators, and reduces labor intensity.

5. Improve quality. The temperature of the three parts of the preheating zone, firing zone, and cooling zone is often kept within a certain range, and it is easy to grasp the firing law, so the quality is also good and the damage rate is low.

6. The kiln and kiln furniture are durable. Because the kiln is not affected by rapid cooling and rapid heating, the service life of the kiln body is long, and it is generally repaired once every 5-7 years.
