High vacuum tempering furnace is mainly used for vacuum tempering after vacuum quenching and solution treatment of tool steel, mold steel, high-speed steel, ultra-high strength steel, titanium alloy and other materials, as well as recrystallization annealing and vacuum aging of non-ferrous metals.
