In order to meet the carbonization requirements of graphite anode materials, the long-term operating temperature of this furnace is 1280 ℃, and the rated temperature is 1350 ℃. The firing atmosphere in the furnace is 99.999% nitrogen, and the overall process time configuration is 7 hours of heating, 4.4 hours of holding, and 6.2 hours of cooling. The overall process time is 17.6 hours. The configuration of the sagger size is 330*330*210. Under the condition that the overall material bulk density is 0.7, each bowl is loaded with 12.45 kg.
