This equipment is a production-type high vacuum tube furnace developed by our company. It uses high-purity alumina fiber furnace chamber formed by vacuum adsorption for heat preservation, which has higher thermal efficiency. It uses resistance wire (Cr20Ni80) ring-shaped radiation heating method to effectively ensure a good constant temperature zone and temperature uniformity. The furnace tube can be selected from quartz and high-temperature alloy tubes. The reasonable structural design makes the entire production process operation simpler and more reliable.
