Introduction of zirconia ceramics :

Its relative molecular weight is 123.22, boiling point is 4300 °C, softening point is in the range of 2390 °C -2500 °C, and melting point is 2715 °C. Zirconia is insoluble in water, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, and slightly soluble in hydrofluoric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid when heated. Pure zirconia is white, and pure zirconia is pale yellow. Zirconia ceramics have high hardness, high wear resistance, good high temperature thermal stability and thermal shock resistance. With the development of zirconia ceramics, its application field has expanded from the field of refractory materials in the past to the field of structural ceramics, bioceramics and electronic functional ceramics. Application of zirconia ceramics in structural ceramics :
① Ceramic bearings
Zirconia all-ceramic bearings have the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high cold resistance, oil-free self-lubricating, anti-magnetic and electrical insulation, and can be used in extremely harsh environments and special working conditions. At present, zirconia ceramic bearings have been adopted by micro cooling fans, and their product life and noise stability are better than traditional ball and sliding bearing systems.
