Introduction of alumina ceramic ball :
Alumina grinding ball refers to the ball stone widely used as grinding medium, which is made of bauxite, roller powder, industrial alumina powder, high temperature calcined alumina powder and other materials through batching, grinding, milling ( pulping, mud making ), forming, drying and firing. According to different alumina content, it can be divided into medium alumina ball, medium high alumina ball and high alumina ball.
Alumina grinding ball characteristics :
1 High alumina grinding ball has low wear and can greatly extend the service life of the grinding body. The hardness of corundum grinding medium is high, and the Mohs hardness is above grade 8.
2 Alumina ball has high strength and impact resistance. Its compressive strength is more than 1500 MPa, which can be widely used in vibration grinding equipment with large impact force and small wear. 3 High alumina grinding ball can resist more than 1000 degrees of high temperature, acid, alkali and corrosion resistance. It can be used in petroleum and chemical industry. The high alumina grinding ball is formed by rolling and isostatic pressing, which can greatly improve the grinding efficiency, reduce the grinding time, and effectively increase the effective volume of the ball mill, thereby increasing the amount of grinding materials.
Alumina grinding ball use :
1, alumina grinding ball is mainly used in different types of ceramics, glaze, glass, chemical plant of hard material finishing and deep processing. It is the grinding medium of fine grinding equipment such as ball mill, tank mill and vibration mill. Its grinding efficiency and wear resistance are much better than ordinary pebbles or natural pebbles.
2, non-metallic mineral products powder ( such as zirconium silicate, kaolin, heavy calcium carbonate, etc. ) and coating, paint and other industries of material grinding and dispersion and metal polishing use, suitable for various types of grinding and polishing equipment.
3, filling in the rubber during pouring to increase the wear resistance coefficient.
4, high temperature resistance, can be used as the ball under the push plate kiln.
5, high strength, high hardness can be used for polishing.
