Aluminum oxide ceramic (Al203) is a highly wear-resistant precision ceramic material widely used in various industries. The main molding methods for alumina ceramic products include dry pressing, isostatic pressing, injection molding, and casting. Different product shapes, sizes, complex shapes, and precision require different molding methods. Aluminum oxide ceramic products that have undergone high-temperature sintering can only be processed using diamond grinding technology. The common purity of alumina ceramics is 90% -99.9%.

Advantages of alumina ceramics:

1. Aluminum oxide ceramics have excellent insulation properties, with relatively low high-frequency losses but good high-frequency insulation properties;

2. Aluminum oxide ceramics have the characteristics of heat resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high mechanical strength, and good thermal conductivity.

3. Aluminum oxide ceramics have characteristics such as chemical corrosion resistance and molten metal properties. 

Performance of alumina ceramics:

1. High hardness

After measurement, the Rockwell hardness of alumina is HRA80-90, which is only second to diamond and far exceeds the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.

2. Excellent wear resistance

Aluminum oxide ceramic material has been tested by the Powder Metallurgy Research Institute of Central South University of Technology, and its wear resistance is 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron. According to our customer tracking survey over the past decade, it can extend the service life of the equipment by at least ten times under the same working conditions.
