This is fixed focus OmniVision OV9623 CMOS sensor FPC camera module. It adopts the MIPI high-speed data transmission interface and provides a 1-megapixel high-definition output, which can achieve stable and smooth image acquisition in the embedded system. Its ultra-compact dimensions are only 24.2mm×17.1mm, making it easy to integrate into devices with limited space. With an F1.8 large aperture and a focusing range of 20cm to infinity, it significantly enhances the ability to capture details in low-light conditions. The module supports HDR imaging technology and is designed with a 166° diagonal field of view and a 149° horizontal field of view, which can effectively balance the transition between light and dark in strong light or backlight scenes. The manual focus function offers flexible fine-tuning control, suitable for diverse needs such as industrial precision inspection and safety monitoring.

Precision Dimension Measurement: The manual focusing function supports clear imaging from 0.2mm to ∞, and with a resolution of 1280×800, it is suitable for scenarios such as PCB board solder joint inspection and precision part dimension measurement. The actual measurement shows that defects at the 0.1mm level can still be identified under an illuminance of 50Lux.
Smart Door Lock: The 1/2.7-inch sensor can still output usable facial recognition images in the low-light environment of the corridor, with a false recognition rate of less than 0.001%.
Production Line Monitoring: The 15fps@ full-resolution transmission capability of the MIPI interface meets the real-time quality screening requirements of the conveyor belt. The 166° ultra-wide-angle camera can cover a 2-meter-wide assembly line.
