Detailed process of DDP double clearing and tax package

1. Booking and cargo consolidation

• Booking space with freight forwarder or railroad company and confirming train schedule.
• Provide cargo information (name, weight, volume) and necessary shipping documents.
• Consolidation of multiple cargoes by logistics companies to save transportation cost.

2. Customs clearance in the exporting country

• Submit customs declaration documents (commercial invoice, packing list, contract, etc.)
• Completion of China Customs export declaration
• Cargo is loaded at the Chinese port (e.g. Guangzhou or Shenzhen).

3. International Rail Transportation

• Cargo enters Europe via fixed routes (e.g. Central Asia or Russia).
• Main transit countries include Poland, Germany, etc.
• Key hubs: Malaszewicze, Poland; Duisburg, Germany.
• Real-time tracking of cargo location via rail waybill numbers (e.g. CIM/SMGS)

4. Customs clearance in the country of destination

• EU customs clearance in the country of destination or transit (e.g. Poland)
• Provision of necessary customs clearance documents (e.g. EU EORI number, CE marking, etc.)
• The logistics provider pays all customs duties and VAT on behalf of the customer.

5. Final delivery

• After customs clearance, the goods are delivered by local trucks or railroads in Europe.
• Delivered directly to the consignee's designated destination
• Provide signing service to complete the whole transportation
